Refund Policy

Clear, fair cancellation and refund rules for our courses, workshops and corporate engagements.

Effective date: September 2, 2026

Cohort-based courses and live workshops

You may request a full refund up to 7 days before the program start date or within 48 hours of purchase, whichever is earlier.
Refunds requested between 7 days and 48 hours before the program start may be eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future AbilityEx program, at our discretion.
No refunds are available once the program has started, if you have accessed more than 25% of recorded material, or if you have attended a live session.

For corporate training, consulting and custom AI implementation engagements, the refund and cancellation terms are defined in the signed statement of work or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If AbilityEx cancels the engagement, any unused prepaid fees will be refunded.

Free resources, lead magnets, templates and downloadable guides are provided at no cost. Because they are delivered instantly and at no charge, they are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Submit a refund request by emailing hello@abilityex.com with your full name, program name, payment reference and reason for the request.
Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method. Credits may be applied toward any future AbilityEx course, workshop or service within 12 months of issue.

If we cancel or reschedule a program due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or events beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your enrollment to the rescheduled cohort.

Missing sessions or partial attendance does not entitle a participant to a refund. Recordings of live sessions may be provided at the instructor's discretion, but are not guaranteed.
