How customised is the agenda?
Fully. After the discovery call we rewrite the agenda around your workflows, tools and seniority mix — participants work on your real use cases, not generic demos.
Do participants need any prior AI experience?
No. We stream the room by comfort level and give advanced participants stretch tracks so nobody is bored or lost.
On-site or online?
Both. On-site works best for 16–40 people; online live delivery scales comfortably to a few hundred with breakout facilitation.
What happens after the workshop?
You get the recording, playbooks and prompt libraries, an office-hours session within 30 days and an adoption scorecard to track what actually stuck.
Do participants get a certificate?
Yes — every participant receives an AbilityEx certificate of participation, and campus programmes can add a demo-day showcase.
