AbilityEx provides premium AI education and consulting services, including but not limited to cohort-based courses, live workshops, corporate training programs, AI readiness assessments, and AI implementation consulting for businesses.

All descriptions, schedules, pricing and deliverables are subject to change. We will communicate material changes to enrolled participants or clients in advance.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or submitting a lead form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old, or minors who have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Payment must be made in full before accessing paid courses or services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through the channels listed on the checkout or invoice.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any cohort, workshop or event due to insufficient enrollment or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future program.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display our content without prior written permission. Materials provided to enrolled students are for personal learning only and may not be resold or shared commercially.

You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully. You may not harass other learners, instructors or staff; share harmful content; attempt to breach our systems; or use our materials for unlawful purposes.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension, removal from a program, or termination of service without refund.

AbilityEx provides education and consulting to help you or your organization use AI more effectively. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, revenue gains, or business results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AbilityEx and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. If you have a concern, please contact us directly before initiating formal proceedings.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
